Designer Services manufactures very high quality molded urethane enclosures, parts and sub-assemblies on a "just in time" basis. The Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) process is the most economical way to produce high quality molded urethane parts in quantities ranging from ten, to thousands. Tooling costs are low, and design-to-production time can be as little as two weeks. We offer the flexibility to work from existing tooling, a master part, digital information or hard copy drawings.
